Terms of service.

For the purpose of this agreement, ‘the business’ refers to La Luna Soul and ‘the client’ refers to all potential, new, current and previous clients.

BOOKING & REFUND POLICY

  1. Upon booking any service with the business, the client will be required to pay a deposit to secure their appointment

  2. A) The client is required to give the business 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or appointment rebooking.

    B) If the client does not give the business the required 24 hours notice, a fee may incur.

  3. A) The business may refund paid deposits ONLY if the client requests a cancellation or rebooking within the specified time frame.
    (24 hours notice required)

    B) If the client requests a cancellation or rebooking exceeding the specified timeframe, all paid deposits will be forfeited.
